Ingredients :
275 ml
4 tablespoons
75 g
575 ml
thick dried apricot puree
flaked almonds
dried apricots, chopped
plain low fat Yogurt
muesli
Stir together the apricot puree and almonds.
Stir the chopped apricots into the Yogurt.
In individual glasses, make layers of the puree and the Yogurt.
Sprinkle the muesli on top.
Serves 4
