Ingredients :
1 cup

apricot jam
low-fat plain yoghurt
instant skim milk powder
egg whites, stiffly beaten
Place jam, yoghurt and skim milk powder into a processor or blender, process for 1 minute.
Transfer mixture to a large bowl and gently fold in egg whites.
Pour mixture into 20cm x 10cm loaf tin and freeze.
Serves 4
