Apricot Yoghurt Freeze Recipes

Ingredients :

apricot jam

low-fat plain yoghurt

instant skim milk powder

egg whites, stiffly beaten

Method :
  1. Place jam, yoghurt and skim milk powder into a processor or blender, process for 1 minute.

  2. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and gently fold in egg whites.

  3. Pour mixture into 20cm x 10cm loaf tin and freeze.

Serves 4
