Sift flours
and sugar into medium bowl, gradually whisk in combined egg, milk, oil
and rind until smooth. Cover batter; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Pour 2-3
tablespoons of batter into heated heavy based crepe pan which has been
coated with cooking oil spray; cook until lightly browned underneath.
Turn crepe, brown other side. Repeat with remaining batter. Peel and
slice peaches; cut strawberries into wedges. Divide fruit among crepes;
fold crepes over fruit. Serve with Spiced yogurt.

- Combine all ingredients in bowl; stir until smooth.
