Griddled Figs with Greek Yogurt and Honey Recipes

Ingredients :

8 ripe figs

4 tbsp Greek yogurt

2 tbsp clear honey

Method :
  1. Heat a griddle pan or hot grill and add the figs.

  2. Cook for 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are charred on the outside.

  3. Remove and cut in half.

  4. Arrange the figs on 4 plates and serve with a spoonful of Greek yogurt and some honey spooned over the top.

Serves 4
