Ingredients :
8 ripe figs
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
2 tbsp clear honey
Heat a griddle pan or hot grill and add the figs.
Cook for 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are charred on the outside.
Remove and cut in half.
Arrange the figs on 4 plates and serve with a spoonful of Greek yogurt and some honey spooned over the top.
