Healthful Homemade Yogurt Cheese Recipes

Ingredients :

4 cups nonfat yogurt, plain

Method :

Place the yogurt in a strainer inside a container and refrigerator overnight. This liquid will drain off and leave a thickened cheese like product. Four cups of yogurt makes 2 cups of yogurt cheese.

Savor this flavorful, nonfat alternative to cream cheese or sour cream.

Makes 1 1/2 cup
